摘　　要：[目的]了解上海市嘉定区老年活动场所卫生状况,为活动室卫生管理提供依据。[方法]2007年1～10月,对上海市嘉定区6个居住小区12个活动室的一般卫生状进行调查,按照GB9664-1996《文化娱乐场所卫生标准》对桌子、麻将、空气采样检测,对桌子、麻将等物体表面检测细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、乙肝表面抗原,室内空气检测细菌总数。[结果]12份空气、60份桌子台面、45份棋牌样本细菌总数检测合格率分别为100.00%、68.33%和93.33%;桌子台面、棋牌样本沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌未检出,棋牌有1份样本大肠杆菌阳性。5份棋牌检测乙肝表面抗原均为阴性。[结论]社区活动室的卫生状况不容忽视,需要定期抽样进行微生物方面的检测。[Objective]To understand hygienic status in entertainment room of Jiading community, Shanghai, provide scientific basis for management. [Methods]Investigation on hygienic status in 12 entertainment rooms of 6 communities in Jiading district from January to October, 2007 was conducted. Samples collected from the desk, mahjong pieces and air were tested based on GB9664-1996 “Hygienic Standard in Entertainment places”. The samples collected from desk and mahjong pieces were tested for total amount of bacteria, coli group, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella and HBsAg, while air samples were tested for total amount of bacteria. [Results]The qualified rate of 12 air samples, 60 and 45 samples collected from desk and mahjong pieces tested for total amount of bacteria was 100.00%,68.33% and 93.33% respectively. Staphylococcus aureus and salmonella were not detected from samples collected from desk and mahjong pieces. 1 sample collected from mahjong pieces was positive for coli group,while 5 samples were negative for HBsAg. [Conclusion] More attention must be paid to hygienic status in entertainment rooms and regular examination must be conducted.
