柳州市33685例动物致伤流行病学资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解柳州市狂犬病及动物致伤人群的流行特征,为狂犬病防制提供科学依据。[方法]采用描述性流行病学方法,对柳州市2002～2007年发生的33685例动物致伤者资料进行统计分析。[结果]2002～2007年共登记被动物致伤者33685例,平均每月467.85人。各年被动物致伤者人数分别为4033、3386、3545、6088、6680和9953例。以柳北区和柳南区最为严重(占64.00%);8月最多(占15.72%);男、女性别之比为1:1.36;常住人口为主(占94.00%);<18岁占37.21%;以学生为主(占30.93%);致伤部位中以上肢伤者最多(占54.45%);家养犬伤者占61.49%;24h狂犬病疫苗及时注射率为39.19%;狂犬病疫苗全程注射率100.00%;伤口及时处理率为64.00%;伤口处理率仅为80.93%。[结论]加强犬、猫等动物的管理,普及狂犬病防治知识,暴露后正确处理伤口,及时进行疫苗注射是预防狂犬病发生的有效措施。[Objective]To find out the epidemiological features of rabies and exposed population in Liuzhou City and provide scientific basis for rabies control and prevention. [Methods]Descriptive epidemiological method was applied to analyze the data of the 33685 cases bitten by animals from 2002 to 2007 in Liuzhou City.[Results]33685 cases bitten by animals were reported from 2002 to 2007 with 467.85 cases per month,Incidence of death is zero. Liubei district and Liunan district has 21559 cases with the largest percentage（64.00%）. The high incidence season is August, which represents 15.72%; The ratio of the male to the female sex is 1 to 1.36 ; 94.00% of all victims are resident population; And group under 18 years old has the largest percentage with 37.21%;most of the cases are students;Upper limbs are easiest to attack with 54.45%;Most attackers are home dogs with 61.49%;Rate of timely vaccine injection within 24 hours is 39.19%; While period vaccine injection rate is 100.00%;prompt treatment rate of the wound is 64.00% and Treatment rate is 80.93%. [Conclusion]Management for dogs and cats must be strengthened, knowledge on rabies prevention and control must be popularized,correct handling for the wounds and quick injected hydrophobia vaccine are the effective measures to prevent and control rabies.
