摘　　要：文章结合北方海区航标管理工作实际,参照IALA有关建立航标质量管理体系的建议,运用ISO9000族标准的管理原则,介绍建立和运行航标质量管理体系的做法及应注意的问题,分析了运行航标质量管理体系的作用和成效。This paper, in conjunction with the ,reality of aids to navigation management in lhe northern sea areas, based on the IALA recommendations for establishment and operation of the quality control system for aids to navigation and ISO9000 series quality management system, highlights some issues in the establishment of quality management and provides some analysis on the role and effect of such quality management system.
