陕西农村母乳喂养儿肠道菌群定植抗力的研究

摘　　要：目的研究陕西农村母乳喂养婴幼儿的肠道定植抗力状况。方法采取随机抽样的方法对55名0-18个月健康婴幼儿进行粪便双歧杆菌及肠杆菌的定量检测，计算肠道双歧杆菌与肠杆菌数量的比值。菌群检测采用细菌培养法。结果婴幼儿肠道平均双歧杆菌与肠杆菌数量的比值大于1，在10个月前基本保持平稳，在10个月一组最高接近于2，13个月后下降，但仍高于10个月前，各年龄组间肠道双歧杆菌与肠杆菌数量的比值经方差分析无显著性差异。有36．36％婴幼儿的肠道双歧杆菌与肠杆菌数量的比值小于1。结论部分婴幼儿需要调节肠道菌群，提高其肠道菌群定植抗力，以促进婴幼儿的健康成长。Objective To investigate current situation of colonization resistance （CR） of intestinal microflora of rural infants in Shaanxi province. Methods In random sampling method, 55 healthy infants aged 0-18 months in Shaanxi rural areas received quantitative detection of Bifidobacterium and Enterobacter in feces and ratio in counts of Bifidobacterium and Enterobacter （B/E）in feces was calculated. In culture method, the intestinal microflora were detected. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The average ratio of intestinal B/E was over 1 and this ratio was kept stable until 10 months of age. The highest ratio of B/E in the 10 months-age infants group was close to 2, and then it declined after 13 months of age but it was higher than that before 10 months of age.The ANOVA shown that in the ratio in B/E counts there was no significant difference between different age groups. The intestinal B/E ratio of 36.36% of infants was under 1. Conclusion The balance of intestinal microflora among parts of infants should be adjusted to raise CR of intestinal mieroflora to promote healthy growth and development of the infants.
