摘　　要：危重新生儿转运是新生儿急救工作的重要组成部分,成功的转运对降低整个区域的新生儿死亡率致关重要。通过完善转运前期人员和急救设备的准备,转运中严密监护,及转运后期与院内急救的紧密衔接,才能有效提高抢救成功率,降低危重新生儿病死率与致残率。The safe transport of critical neonates is very important component of emergency treatment. The successful transport is most important for reducing neonatal mortality rate in the community. An perfect transport system should include preparation of advanced transport apparatus and qualified personnel before the transport, close monitoring of vital signs for the neonates in course of transport and close contact with emergency department of goal hospital after transport to improve success rate of rescue, reduce neonatal mortality rate and disabikity rate.
