摘  要:为进一步提高采收率,针对辽河油田超稠油储集区杜229块的地层、油藏特性,采用了MRC技术,部署了4分支鱼骨水平井——杜32-兴H309Z井。分析了钻井施工难点:鱼骨剖面设计和井眼轨迹控制难度大,井眼净化要求高。确定了分支井夹角小于30°、水平段主井眼与各分支井眼同径等设计原则。在钻井施工中精确控制了水平段轨迹,应用了悬空侧钻技术。该井最大造斜率14.46°/30m,最大井斜角95.94°,井深1428.66m,水平段油层累计长度1151m。In order to improve the oil recovery,4 multilateral herringbone horizontal well Du 32-Xing H309Z is planned by using MRC technology aimed at the formation and reservoir property of the supper heavy oil reservoir of Du 229 Block in Liaohe Oilfield.This paper analyzes the difficult points in drilling operation ,such as the difficult profile design and well track control and the high demand for wellbore cleaning.It also determines the design principles that the included angle of multilateral well is less than 30℃ and the diameter of the main hole in horizontal interval and each multilateral hole is same.During drilling operation,the track in horizontal interval is controlled and the hang sidetrack drilling technology is successfully used.The maxi- mum rate of deviation change is 14.46°/30m,the maximum well deviation angle is 95.94°,the well depth is 1428.66m and the accumulative length of oil layer in horizontal interval is 1151m.
