摘 要:研究了无芒隐子草种子萌发、出苗和幼苗生长对土壤含水量的响应。结果表明,在1%~20%土壤含水量条件下,沙质土壤中种子室内萌发和户外盆栽出苗的最适土壤含水量均为6%~8%。种子室内萌发率和萌发指数最高值分别为64.0%和16.6;户外盆栽的出茁率、成活率和出苗指数最高值分别为33.5%,29.5%和6.6。盆栽幼苗的最适生长土壤含水量为8%(幼苗生物量最大);在3%~20%土壤含水量间,随含水量增加植株将更多的能量用于地上部分生长。Responses of seed germination, seedling emergence and seedling growth in Cleistengenes songorica under different soil water content (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 12%, 16% and 20%)were studied. Results showed that the optimal soil water content for C. songorica's seed germination and seedling emergence in sand were 6%-8%. The highest germination percentage and germination index were 64.0% and 16.6 in laboratory incubator experiment. While the highest percentages of emergence, survived seedlings and emergence index from the outdoor pot experiment were 33.5%, 29.5% and 6.6, respectively. Optimal soil water content for seedling growth in the pot experiment was 8% in which yielded the highest seedling biomass. As the soil water increased from 3% to 20%, the seedling allocated more biomass to the shoots.
