加味降脂理肝汤治疗痰瘀质非酒精性脂肪肝病63例

摘　　要：目的观察加味降脂理肝汤治疗痰瘀质非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法将120例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为对照组57例和治疗组63例。对照组予基础治疗(合理饮食及适当运动),治疗组在基础治疗上加用加味降脂理肝汤。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程;观察患者痰瘀体质项积分、体重指数、B超积分及肝功能、血脂变化。结果治疗组痰瘀体质项积分、体重指数、B超积分、肝功能、血脂等指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味降脂理肝汤能有效改善患者痰瘀体质,治疗脂肪肝病。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of modified ＂Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction＂ in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） in phlegm-blood stasis constitution patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group （n=63） and control group （n=57）. Control group received elementary therapy including reasonable diet and appropriate movement. In treatment group, in addition to the elementary therapy, modified ＂Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction＂ was taken orally, twice a day. One course of treatment was three months, and both groups were treated for two courses. Symptom score, body mass index （BMI）, B- ultrasonic examination, liver function, blood lipid were examined before and two courses after treatments. Results Compared with control group, the clinical symptoms, BMI, B-ultrasonic examination, liver function, blood lipid in treatment group were ameliorated more significantly after treatment（P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Modified ＂Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction＂ is effective in treating NAFLD.
