胃Ⅱ方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎51例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃Ⅱ方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将81例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组51例以中药胃Ⅱ方治疗,对照组30例用胃复春治疗,疗程均为6个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为76.5%,对照组为63.3%(P<0.05)。结论胃Ⅱ方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Eighty-one subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 51 cases were treated with ＂Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Weifuehun Tablet＂, with a course of six months. Results The total effective rate was 76.5% in treatment group and 63.3% in control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis.
