摘　　要：目的观察缓急止痛合利水通淋中药3日短程治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法对89例输尿管结石患者采用缓急止痛合利水通淋中药治疗,服药3剂后观察临床疗效。结果结石完全排出者76例(85.4%),结石下移者9例(10.1%),无效者4例(4.5%)。结论缓急止痛合利水通淋中药3日短程治疗输尿管结石有确切的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of spasm-relaxing and pain-relieving herbs combined with urination-promoting and stone- removing herbs within 3 days on patients with urethral calculi. Methods Eighty-nine subjects were treated with spasm-relaxing and pain-relieving herbs combined with urination-promoting and stone-removing herbs for 3 days. Results Of 89 cases, the calculi in 76 cases was removed absolutely; the calculi in 9 cases moved down and the calculi in 5 cases remained unchanged. Conclusion Spasm-relaxing and pain-relieving herbs combined with urination-promoting and stone-removing herbs were rather effective for urethral calculi.
