穴位推拿治疗肛肠病术后重度尿潴留47例

摘　　要：目的观察穴位推拿治疗肛肠病术后重度尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将87例肛肠病术后重度尿潴留患者随机分为两组;治疗组47例采用穴位推拿治疗,对照组40例采用甲基硫酸新斯的明治疗。结果治疗组治愈37例,好转6例,未愈4例,总有效率为91.48%;对照组治愈11例,好转4例,未愈25例,总有效率为37.50%。组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位推拿治疗肛肠病术后重度尿潴留疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoints massage in the treatment of severe urinary retention following anorectal surgery. Methods Eighty-seven subjects were randomized into two groups; treatment group in which 47 cases were treated by acupoints massage and control group in which 40 cases were treated intramuscular injection of Neostigmine. Results In treatment group, 37 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 4 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 91.48%; in control group, 11 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, 25 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 37.50%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rates between treatment and control groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Acupoints massage is quite effective for severe urinary retention following anorectal surgery.
