摘  要:目的观察心复康口服液对心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心功能及梗死周围心肌中葡萄糖转运因子1(GLUT—1)表达的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌梗死后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24h灌胃给药至8周;以卡托普利作为阳性对照药。观察大鼠心功能、梗死周围心肌GLUT-1表达水平。结果与模型组比较,心复康口服液和卡托普利皆可使LVSP、±dp/dtmax、CO增高(P〈0.05~0.01),LVEDP明显降低(P〈0.01),且使梗死周围心肌中GLUT-1表达上调(P〈O.05~0.01)。结论心复康口服液可改善心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心功能,并上调梗死周围心肌组织中GLUT-1表达。Objective To observe the effects of "Xinfukang Oral Liquid" on cardiac function and glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) expression in rats of postinfarction heart failure. Methods Acute myocardial infarction rats were established by ligating left anterior-descending coronary artery. Twenty-four hours after modeling, the rats were fed "Xinfukang Oral Liquid" through the gastretube for 8 weeks, and Captopril was used as control. The heart function and GLUT-1 mRNA expression were detected. Results Compared with model group, LVSP, ±dp/dtmax and CO were increased (P〈 0.05-0.01), LVEDP decreased (P〈 0.01); and GLUT-1 mRNA expression upregulated (P〈 0.05-0.01). Conclusion "Xinfukang Oral Liquid" can improve heart function and upregulate GLUT-1 mRNA expression in postinfarction heart failure rats.
