补肾生精法对老龄大鼠睾丸细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾生精法对老龄大鼠睾丸细胞凋亡的影响。方法将10只3月龄成年雄性SD大鼠设为正常对照组(AC组);20只22月龄老龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为2组,每组10只,分别为老龄组(SC组)、补肾生精组(KT组)。KT组灌胃给药补肾生精颗粒,连续用药60 d。应用流式细胞仪检测技术,观察补肾生精颗粒对老龄大鼠睾丸生殖细胞凋亡率和增殖指数的影响。结果老龄组大鼠与正常对照组大鼠比较,细胞凋亡率下降非常显著(P<0.001);细胞增殖指数明显增加(P<0.05)。补肾生精组生殖细胞凋亡率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论补肾生精法对老龄大鼠睾丸功能具有减少其生殖细胞凋亡的作用。Objectve To observe the effects of kidney-nourishing and essence-generating therapy on testicular apoptosis in senile rats. Methods Ten SD rats aged 3 months were enrolled as normal group; 20 male rats aged 22 months were randomized into two treatment group and control group,10 rats in each group. Treatment group was given ＂Bushen Shengjing Granule＂ for 60 days. Flow cytometer method was adopted to detect the apoptosis rate and proliferative rate of testicular ceils. Results Compared with normal group, the apoptosis rate was strikingly decreased （P〈0.01） and the proliferative rate was significantly increased （P〈0.05） in contrl group; and the apoptosis rate in treatment group was strikingly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kidney-nourishing and essence-generating therapy can decrease the apoptosis of testicular ceils in senile rats.
