摘　　要：阐述中药对膝骨关节炎滑膜的作用。中药可改善局部微循环、激活纤溶系统、降低骨内压、抗氧化和抑制自由基的产生、降低骨性关节炎细胞因子的产生等等,为中药治疗膝骨关节炎提供一定参考。This paper reviewed the progress of the effects of Chinese materia mediea on synovial membrane of knee osteoarthritis, and found that Chinese materia medica works to improve microcirculation, activate fibrinolytic system, reduce endosteal pressure, fight oxidation, inhibit the production of free radicals, and decrease the cytokine of osteoarthritis.
