摘　　要：运用空间计量经济学方法研究了1997-2004年30个省的政府卫生投资的空间特征,结果显示:政府卫生投资具有空间溢出作用,这种作用在逐年增强;政府卫生投资在空间上存在着显著的互补效应,说明地方政府之间有"邻里模仿"行动;政府卫生支出不是"奢侈品"。The spatial effect of public health expenditure of 30 provinces from 1997 to 2004 is analyzed by spatial econometrics, the results show that local public health expenditure has spatial spillover effect and this effect is increasing these years. The significant complementary effect of Public Health Expenditure verifies that there is mimic neighborhood phenomenon among governments. Public health care expenditure is not a luxury good.
