摘　　要：为了提高ＮｄＹＡＧ激光治疗耳鼻咽喉和头颈部疾病的疗效，总结１９８９年以来治疗５８个病种、３２６７例的经验。经过１年～５年的随访观察，痊愈１６７１例（５１．１５％），显效１１４３例（３４．９９％），无效４５３例（１３．８７％），总有效率为８６．１３％，临床疗效满意。In order to improve curative efficacy of Nd∶YAG laser therapy of otorhinolaryngological and head and neck diseases, we have treated 3 267 cases of 58 entities in this group. There were 1 671 cases of fully recovery (51 15%),1 143 cases of significant effect (34 99%) and 453 cases of no response (13 87%). All patients were followed up for 1 years-5 years. Total effective rate is 86 13%. The clinical curative effect is satisfactory. Seven types of laser surgery methods, the evaluation of curative effect, and indication and complication of laser surgery are described and analyzed.
