摘  要:为控制和降低高血压易患人群的发病率,进一步开展高血压一级预防工作,以上海市普陀区甘泉街道为基地,对街道居民进行高血压病普查,经现场筛选出高血压高危对象603名,作为高血压病易患人群,按随机原则把人群分成干预和对照两组。对干预组高危对象进行以健康教育、普及高血压预防知识为手段,为期三年的随访干预研究。结果表明:干预组对象膳食钠减少、膳食钾增加、吸烟人数下降、控制食物总摄入量人数上升;膳食脂肪占食物总热卡的19.5%,并低于对照组二个百分点;原发性高血压累积发病率为9.93%,比对照组减少23.41%。并以多因素逐步回归分析方法,建立了Logistic回归模型。In order to control and reduce the incidence of the population who are easy to suffer from hypertension,and further to develop the primary prevention hypertension,we chose Ganquan community of Putuo district in Shanghai to generally screen population at high risk for hypertension.After screening in site,we found 603 high risk people (male 288,female 315,age from 35 to 45 yr.).They were randomly divided into intervention and control groups.In intervention group highrisk people were received health education and knowledge of hypertension control for three years.The results indicated that in intervention group the diet sodium decreased.The diet potassium increased,smoking rate decreased and the people who controlled the total diet amount increased.The diet fat in food total calorie in intervention group was 195%,2% lower than the control group.The accumulated incidence of essential hypertension was 993%,2341%;lower than that in control group.In addition we used the multifactor stepwise regression analysis and establish the logistic regression model.
