摘  要:以工业硼泥为原料制备出含有铁杂质的硫酸镁浸出液,用正三辛胺(TOA)做萃取剂,磺化煤油做稀释剂,通过有机萃取来除去硫酸镁浸出液中的铁。研究了浸出液初始pH、萃取剂浓度、相比(V(有机相):V(水相))、萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取级数对Fe(Ⅲ)萃取的影响。浸出液的初始pH和TOA浓度对Fe(Ⅲ)的萃取率影响显著,随着TOA浓度的增大,萃铁率的极大值向低pH方向移动;以含30%TOA的有机相作萃取剂,在V(有机相):V(水相)=1.5:1的条件下,含铁3.5g/L的浸出液经过3级逆流萃取,萃余液中铁含量低于0.03g/L,铁的总萃取率高于99%。在最佳萃取条件下,产品中的铁含量可达无铁硫酸镁要求。用水热法反萃可使有机相再生,实现了有机相的循环利用。The magnesium sulfate solution containing iron impurities was prepared from boron slurry.Trioctyl amine(TOA) used as extractant and the sulfonated kerosene used as thinner could remove the iron(Ⅲ) from sulphate solution as proved by the experiment.The influences of initial pH value,the concentration of TOA,as well as the effect of volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase(V(org)∶V(aq)),temperature,time and stages of extraction on iron removal rate were investigated.The results indicated that the initial pH and concentration of TOA had remarkable influence on iron extraction rate,and the maximum value on the extraction curve moved towards the direction of low pH with an increasing concentration of TOA.At a 30% concentration of TOA,a V(org)∶V(aq) ratio of 1.5∶1,the concentration of iron in raffinate was less than 0.03 g/L after a three-stage cross-flow extraction with a organic phase consisting of 30% TOA and a total extraction ratio of more than 99% was achieved for a feed solution containing 3.5 g/L iron(Ⅲ).Under the optimum conditions,the magnesium sulfate product obtained hereby could meet the standard for iron-free magnesium sulfate.By means of hydrothermal stripping,iron in the organic phase was removed and the organic phase could be recycled.
