摘　　要：目的探讨2002年8月至2006年11月本院收治登革热（DF）35例病人的临床特征。方法对我院收治的35例DF的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果主要临床表现为发热（100％）、头痛（85．7％）、全身酸痛（68．6％）、皮疹（42．9％）、柬臂试验阳性（48．6％）；白细胞及血小板减少分别占82．9％和85．7％；丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）升高（42．9％），临床分型均为典型DF，未发现登革出血热。结论本院收治35例DF符合典型登革热的临床表现，全部病例预后好，无死亡病例。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of 35 patients with dengue fever hospitalized from August 2002 to November 2006. Methods Clinical data from 35 patients with dengue fever was retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical symptom of the patients were having fever （100%）, headache （85.7%）, myalgia （68.6%）, skinrash （42.9%）, tourniquet test positive reaction （48.6%）; leucopenia （82.9%）, lymphopenia （85.7%）. A mild to moderate elevations of serum ALT levels was showed in patients （42.9%）. The case with sever dengue fever was not found. Conclusions All patients were typical dengue fever and well recovered after therapy. The mortality was zero.
