摘  要:为消除强制式搅拌机的低效率区,提高混凝土的搅拌质量和效率,根据双排叶片的搅拌装置结构,采用理论分析和正交试验相结合的方法,分析了主副叶片安装角、主副叶片的关系、搅拌臂排列形式、拌筒长宽比和搅拌线速度等搅拌装置参数对搅拌性能的影响,得出了各参数的合理取值范围和相互匹配关系。结果表明:主叶片安装角、主副叶片排列关系、单轴搅拌臂相位和双轴搅拌臂排列是双排叶片搅拌装置的首要性能参数;对目前普遍使用的双卧轴式搅拌机的较优参数匹配推荐为:主叶片轴向角45°、径向角35°,副叶片轴向角35°、径向角45°,主副叶片变径、同向关系,单轴搅拌臂相位90°,双轴搅拌臂平行布置,拌筒长宽比大于1,搅拌线速度1.2 m/s。In order to eliminate the inefficient zone of the forced mixer and improve mixing quality and efficiency of concrete, based on the structure of double-row blades, the influence of mixer's parameters on mixing performance was analyzed by theoretical analysis and orthogonal test, the rational range and matching relationship of the parameters were recommended. The results indicate that setting angle of main blades, arrangement relation between main blades and secondary blades, phase angle of adjacent mixing arms on single shaft and arrangement of mixing arms on double shafts are the key parameters. For prevalent twin-shaft mixer, it is suggested that axial angle and radial angle of main blades should be 45° and 35°, secondary blades should be 35° and 45°, relations between main blades and secondary blades should be diverse radius and equidirectional, phase angle on single shaft should be 90°, mixing arms arrangement on double shafts should be parallel, length-breadth ratio of mixing trough should be more than 1, mixing velocity should be 1.2 m/s. 2 tabs, 7 figs, 9 refs.
