摘  要:目的 观察透析器复用对白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)基因表达及其血浆水平的影响。方法 22例维持性血透患者随机分为铜仿膜(7例)、PMMA膜(7例)与聚砜膜(8例)组,采用ELISA、反转录多聚酶链反应及细胞原位杂交方法对细胞因子水平进行自身对照研究。结果 透析器复用后各细胞因子水平均有下降,但无显著差异;而其基因表达水平较初用有显著下降。结论 在一定的质量控制条件下,应用福尔马林消毒复用透析器可能会改善透析膜的生物相容性,这对减少透析费用及长期透析的有关并发症的发生有利。Objective To investigate the biocompan'bility of reused dialyzer. Methods Twenty-two maintained hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into cuprophan (7), PMMA (7) and polysulphone (8) groups by themselves control. IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-6 gene expression and plasma levels by ELISA>RT-PCR and in situ hybridization were observed during dialyzer reuse. Results Every plasma cytokine level was decreased during reuse compared with first use dialyzer, but no significant difference was found between them. The levels of gene expression of IL-1β、TNF-α and IL-6 were different from the first use significantly. Conclusion If effective dialysis volumn was maintained, formaldehyde as disinfectant on reprocessing the dialyzer may amilorate membrane bio-compatibility. It would be benificial to decrease appearance of long term hemodialysis -related complications.
