摘  要:目的观察不同阶段实施拉玛泽分娩减痛法训练对分娩的影响。方法将129例有自然分娩意向孕妇分入院前训练组(n=42)、待产训练组(n=45)、对照组(n=42),入院前训练组在孕7~8月进行拉玛泽分娩法训练,待产训练组在入院待产时进行拉玛泽分娩法训练,对照组则不进行拉玛泽分娩法训练。结果入院前训练组、待产训练组及对照组的第一产程、总产程时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);入院前训练组、待产训练组在活跃期、第二产程的分娩疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻(P〈0.05);入院前训练组、待产训练组产时的依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论不同阶段实施拉玛泽分娩减痛法训练对减轻产妇压力、降低分娩疼痛、缩短产程有明显促进作用;在孕期未接受拉玛泽分娩减痛法训练的可以在住院待产时补课,但越早进行训练依从性越好。Objective To observe the effect of Lamaza method exercise on delivery during different stages. Method Divided 129 pregnant women who intend nature delivery into group A which receives exercises before admission( n= 42), group B which receives exercises while waiting for delivery(n = 45) and control group( n = 42). The group A learns Lamaza childbearing method in 7-8 months of gestation, the group B learns the method while waiting [or delivery, and the control group doesn't receive it. Result There is significant difference in the first stage of labor and the total labor processes time of group A, group B and the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Pain degrees of group A and group B are obviously reduced than that of control group in active stage and second stage of labor (P 〈 0.05). The difference of compliances during delivery in group A and group B has significant meaning (P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of Lamaza method in different stages can relieve women's stress, reduce delivery pain and shorten the labor process. Pregnant woman who didn' t learn Lamaza method in the pregnancy could receive intervention after admission. But the sooner the method was performed, the better the compliance would be.
