摘  要:【目的】研究父系遗传背景对小鼠超排效果及其孤雌胚胎体外发育的影响。【方法】以3种近交系雄鼠(129/Sv、C3H和C57BL/6J)与昆明系(KM)雌鼠的杂交一代(F1)及KM自交系小鼠为研究对象,对其进行超排处理,比较3种不同遗传背景的杂交小鼠与对照KM自交系小鼠的超排效果,分析其孤雌胚胎体外激活率和囊胚率的差异。【结果】3种F1代杂交小鼠与对照KM的超排效果和孤雌胚胎的激活率没有显著差异(P>0.05);129/Sv×KM、C3H×KM孤雌胚胎的囊胚率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);C57BL/6J×KM与KM×KM之间孤雌胚胎囊胚发育率的差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】129/Sv、C3H和C57BL/6J父系遗传背景对杂交F1代小鼠的超数排卵数量和激活率没有影响,但引入129/Sv和C3H父系遗传背景可促进杂交F1代小鼠孤雌胚胎的体外发育,提高囊胚发育率。[Objiective] The paper studied the effects of paternal genetic background on the preimplantional development of mouse parthenogenetic embryos in vitro. [Method] F1 mouse offspring of three inbred strains of male mice(129/Sv, C3H and C57BL/6J) and female KM mice as test groups,and 129/Sv×KM,C57BL/6J × KM and C3H X KM,and F1 self-inbred lines of KM mice as control group were used to compare the hyperovulation results,activation rates and blastula rates of parthenogenetic embryos between test groups and control lines. [Result] There was no statistical difference in hyperovuation rates and activation rates of parthenogenetic embryo (P〉0.05) between three test groups and control (KM) group,but the parthenogenetic blastocyte rates of 129/SvX KM and C3H X KM were higher than that of others (P〈0.05). And there were no differences in blastula rates between C57BL/6J × KM and KM × KM control lines. [Conclusion] The paternal genetic background of 129/Sv,C3H and C57BL/6J did not affect the hypovulation of hybrid F1 mice,but introduction of 129/Sv and C3H male mouse could improve embryo de velopment of hybrid F1 and increase blastocyst rate of parthenogenetic embryos.
