摘  要:【目的】研发能代替草帘等传统覆盖物的新型日光温室保温被。【方法】分别选用喷胶棉、羊毛、PE发泡片和毛毡做保温芯材,试制了4种保温被,通过静态热箱试验,以草帘为对照分析了其保温性,并采用浸泡法与土工布综合强力机测试了这4种保温被的防水性和机械强度。【结果】静态热箱试验表明,在21和37 W热源功率下,喷胶棉保温被和羊毛保温被的传热系数分别为3.10,3.26 W/(m2.K)和3.42,3.49 W/(m2.K),而草帘为3.50和3.62 W/(m2.K),二者的保温性优于草帘;防水性的测试表明,羊毛保温被防水性最好,其吸水率为4.85%,喷胶棉保温被次之,为5.99%,PE发泡片保温被最差,为17.66%;机械强度测试表明,喷胶棉保温被的强度最高,为332.5N/cm,羊毛保温被次之,为328.3 N/cm,毛毡保温被最低,为172.7 N/cm。【结论】喷胶棉保温被和羊毛保温被性能良好,有望替代草帘成为日光温室的新型高效保温材料。[Objective] The study was done to study and develop new heat preservation quilts which can replace the traditional materials such as straws for solar greenhouse. [Method] Four kinds of heat preservation quilts were made,using spray-bonded nonwoven fabric,wool,puffed PE and secondary felt as thermal insulation materials respectively. Their heat preservation performances were tested with static hot-box experiment to compare with that of the straws', and the waterproof and mechanical strength were tested using soak method and strength tester. [Result] The static hot-box experiment indicated that spray-bonded nonwoven fabric quilt and wool quilt exceeded straws in heat preservation performance, with the heat-transfer coefficients under the heating power of 21 and 37 W being 3. 10 and 3. 26 W/(m^2 · K) of the spray-bonded nonwoven fabric quilt, 3. 42 and 3. 49 W/(m^2 · K) of the wool quilt, and 3. 50 and 3. 62 W/(m^2 · K) of the straws respectively. The one with the best waterproof performance indicated by the test was the wool quilt,with a water absorption rate of 4.85% ,followed by the spray-bonded nonwoven fabric of 5.99%,while the worst was the puffed PE quilt of 17. 66%. The one with the highest mechanical strength indicated by the test was the spray-bonded nonwoven fabric quilt,with a strength of 332.5 N/cm, followed by the wool of 328.3 N/cm,while the weakest was puffed PE quilt of 172.7 N/cm. [Conclusion]Spray-bonded nonwoven fabric quilt and wool quilt have good performances concerned,so they are likely to become new highly effective heat preservation materials instead of straws.
