摘　　要：公共服务是现代政府工作的一项重要职能。完善的公共服务建设将推动电子政务更好的发展;知识管理是确保公共服务质量的关键因素之一。通过对电子政务公共服务中的知识管理需求和维基的知识管理功能的分析,提出了政务级维基应用的工作流程及基于维基的政府知识管理平台模型,并对维基在国家/省级政务内网中知识管理的应用作初步构想。One important function of modem government is public service, the maturity construction of public service will drive the development of e - government. One key factor of ensuring the quality of public service is knowledge management. By analyzing the requirement of knowledge management in public service of e - government and the function of knowledge management in Wiki, the authors put forward the workflow in the government- class Wiki application and Wiki - based knowledge management platform model in government, and conceive the application of Wiki in Knowledge Management of national/provincial E - government Intmnet.
