摘　　要：随着信息技术手段的不断创新发展,继传统四大媒体之后一种更理想的媒体——第五媒体已经诞生并迅速的被人们所接受。本文以第五媒体与图书馆服务结合的构想——手机图书馆为基础,论述了第五媒体成为主流媒体的趋势、手机图书馆的实现基础、手机图书馆服务构想等相关内容。With the constant innovation and development of the information technology method, the fifth medium, which is the more ideal one after the coming out of the four traditional media, has appeared and is immediately accepted by people. This paper discusses the trend of the fifth medium as a major medium, the basis of the realization of the mobile phone library, the idea of the mobile phone services and the related contents.
