石斛复方制剂的抗氧化和免疫功能的相关研究

摘　　要：通过应用石斛复方制剂对衰老家兔ＳＯＤ、ＬＰＯ的影响以及对小鼠自发性和ＣｏｎＡ刺激的脾淋巴细胞３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入的作用实验，结果表明该制剂不仅具有显著升高衰老家兔的ＳＯＤ、降低ＬＰＯ的功能（Ｐ＜０．００１），而且具有显著增强小鼠自发性和ＣｏｎＡ刺激的脾淋巴细胞３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入的作用（Ｐ＜０．０２和Ｐ＜０．０１），即具有促进脾淋巴细胞增殖转化的作用。且于ＣｏｎＡ刺激后，其疗效高于西洋参阳性对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。该研究结果进一步证实了该制剂抗氧化功能和提高机体免疫功能是一致的。同时也提示了该制剂可能通过提高机体的免疫功能而起到抗氧化延缓衰老的功效。Using Compound Dendrobium,the effect to SOD and LPO in senile rabbits,and the effect to 3H TdR incorporation of spleen lymphocyte spontaneous and stimulated by ConA in mice have been investigated.The result shows that,the compound could not only obviously raise SOD and reduce LPO(P<0.001) in senile rabbits,but also strengthen the function of 3H TdR incorporation of spleen lymphocyte spontaneous and stimulated by ConA (P<0.02 and P<0.01).It is that the compound has the effect for promoting the proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocyte.For those after ConA stimulation,the effect is better than that in the positive control group of American ginseng (P<0.05). The result of the investigation confirms that,the effect of antioxidation is in keeping with the effect of raising immunologic function.Meanwhile,it indicates that the commpound could enhance the immunologic function for getting the effects of antioxidation and antisenility.
