摘　　要：研究了二次浸锌与氰化镀锌相结合预处理的光亮镀银工艺。介绍了工艺流程及相关参数,讨论了浸锌溶液的配制、温度、时间等因素对镀层性能的影响。该工艺所获得的镀层细致,光亮度好,结合力强。A process of bright silver electroplating on aluminum alloy with a pretreatment method of two times zinc immersion plating combined with cyanide zinc electroplating was studied. The formula and process conditions were presented, The effects of the preparation of zinc immersion plating solution, temperature, electroplating time and other factors on the properties of deposit were discussed. The coatings prepared by the process are compact, bright and well-adhered.
