摘  要:注水是油田稳产的基础技术手段,特别是油田开发中后期,没有注水就没有原油产量。注水电耗已占原油生产总用电的33%~56%,注水对油田采收率、生产成本和生产效率有重大影响。该文介绍了PCP系统工作原理,采用先进的Pump-Control-Pump(简称PCP)技术,开发了一套完整的PCP技术设备,实现了注水压流可调和节能,在全国各大油田获得了广泛应用。Water injection is the most basic technology of stable production in an oil field. There is no crude oil yield without water injection, especially in the middle and later half of oil fieht development. Electric power consumption for water injection makes up 33% to 56% in the total power consumption of oil production. Water injection has a great influence on producible oil index, the cost and efficiency of production. The advanced PCP technology and its principle are put into use and a complete set of PCP technical equipment is developed, which can regulate the output pressure and flow of a water injection system,thus attaining the saving on energy. Now the PCP technology has found wide application in our domestic oil field.
