摘　　要：针对抄纸过程中水分定量系统具有非线性和纯滞后的特征,提出了将预测函数控制方法应用到水分定量系统中,对水分定量的控制,改善了控制系统稳定性及性能指标。仿真实验表明该方法有较强的跟踪性和鲁棒性。实际运行结果表明该方法具有较好的鲁棒性和较好的控制精度。In view of the fact that a moisture and basis weight control system is characteristic of nonlinearity and time delay, this paper applies a kind of predictive functional control algorithm to such a system so as to improve its stability and performance. The result shows that the improved control system has perfect performance and satisfactory robustness.
