不同的采血方法对心肌酶谱值影响研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性心肌梗塞（AMI）病人在静脉溶栓治疗中，在同一输液静脉内分次采血及在对侧上肢血管以静脉留置针系血标本，观察对心肌酶值的影响。方法：在输液静脉内抽血2ml为1号标本，续抽2ml为2号标本，再抽2ml为3号标本，同时在对测静脉留置针抽血2ml为4号标本。结果：1号与2、3、4号标本差异有显著意义；2号与3号标本差异无显著意义；3号与4号标本差异有显著意义。4组标本均能看出酶谱值的曲线变化。1、2、3号标本不能真实反应酶学升高的程度，4号标本才能准确反应酶学峰值的变化。结论：静脉溶栓治疗的（AMI）病人采取4号标本的采血方法，能为临床提供准确、可靠的酶学真值。Objective:To compare myocardium enzyme value among the three blood samples taken from the same upper armvine which thrombolytic therapy was being given and between the blood sample taken from the other arm vine in patients with Acute Myocardiac infarction (AMI). Method:Took 2ml blood from infusing vine as No. 1, another 2ml blood was taken fron same vine as No.2, the third 2ml blood was taken as No.3, Take 2ml blood sample from same vine on the other arm as No.4. Results: The testing results had statistic significant meaning compared NO.1 sample with No.2,No.3and NO.4 sample. NO.2 and NO.3sample results showed no statistically significant different NO.3 and NO.4 have obvious different All the four blood samples can give a satified curve change for zymogram value, while No. 1,NO.2 and NO.3 samples can not truely reflect ht increased degree of enzyme. The NO.4 blood sample can exactly reflect the changes of enzyme peak-value. Conclusion: The NO.4 blood sample is the only one can be used to determine exact enzyme value in patients with AMI during intravemous thrombolytic therapy
