摘 要:目的了解上海市老年护理医院人力资源的现状及存在的问题。方法2007年3—6月对上海市53家老年护理医院的人力资源基本情况进行统一的问卷调查,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果53家老年护理医院共有职工6849人,院均131人。医师/床位比为1.0∶3.7,护士/床位比为1.0∶4.7,执业医师高、中、初级职称之比为1.0∶5.5∶10.5。结论老年护理医院医护人员数量不足,医护比例不合理,执业医师年龄偏高,学历、职称偏低。需进一步提高老年护理医院人员的数量和总体素质,以适宜老年护理医院和老龄化社会发展的需要。Objective To investigate the present state of human resources in Shanghai′s geriatric nursing hospitals so as to find out the existing problems.Methods The questionnaire survey was taken from March to June 2007 to investigate the present state of human resources in 53 geriatric nursing hospitals of Shanghai,and the data was analyzed.Results There were in 53 geriatric nursing hospitals of Shanghai 6 849 employees totally,with an average of 131 for each.The ratio of doctor numbers to bed number was 1.0∶3.7,and the ratio of nurse number to the bed number was 1.0∶4.7.The ratio of licensed doctors in high,medium and lower professional posts was 1.0∶5.5∶4.7.Conclusion The doctors and nurses in the geriatric nursing hospitals are shorter in quantity,the ratio of doctor to nurse in number is unreasonable,and the licensed doctors are higher in age,lower in education and title.The quantity and the general quality of the personals of geriatric nursing hospitals need further improved so as to meet the demand in geriatric nursing hospitals and social development of aging.
