社区老年人生活质量与原职业的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察社区老年人生活质量与原从事职业的关系。方法结合社区卫生服务团队开展的社区诊疗,选择原从事不同职业离退休老年人366例,按职业分为专业人员122例,普通工人151例,管理人员93例。从3组老年人慢性病情况、心理健康和社会角色适应等方面进行调查。结果不同职业老年人牙病和冠心病患病率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同职业老年人情感平衡、生活满意度、社会角色适应评分间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论原从事不同职业老年人在三维健康方面存在一定的差异。这种差异的产生与原职业背景有一定的联系。职业是影响老年人生活质量的一个重要的人口社会学特征。Objective To analyze comparatively the difference of life quality between aged poeple with different original occupations. Methods Based on community diagnosis and treatment activities performed by community health service teams, 366 retired aged people with different original occupations were enrolled and according to their occupations, they were divided into professional staff group （ n = 122）, ordinary worker group （ n = 151 ） and administrator group （ n = 93 ）. Chronic diseases, mental health and social role adaptability were investigated in these three groups. Results Physically, the prevalence of coronary heart disease was higher in administrator group and professional staff group than in worker group, and the prevalence of dental problem was lower in worker group than in the other groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Psychologically, the health level was lower in professional staff group than in the other groups （ P 〈0. 01）. Socially, the social role adaptability was lower in male workers than in male administrators （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Certain difference, which is linked to some extent with their cultural and occupational backgrounds, lies in three - dimension health in aged people with different original occupations. Occupation is an important demographic and sociological characteristic which influences the life quality of aged poeple.
