摘　　要：目的研究综合干预对社区老年冠心病患者生命质量的影响,并进行社区综合干预的成本效益分析。方法将我院所属34个社区内55岁以上的老年冠心病患者随机分成对照组和干预组,对干预组进行综合干预,随访2年,比较两组的并发症、住院率、病死率,并进行卫生经济学调查,进行成本效益分析。结果干预组较对照组并发症少,住院率、病死率低。且干预组医疗成本明显降低,效益/投入比为5.89。结论综合干预可提高社区老年冠心病患者生命质量,并降低医疗成本。Objective To investiagte the impact of integrated intervention on life quality of senile patients with coronary heart disease in community, and the cost - effectiveness was also analyzed. Methods Patients with coronary heart disease in the 34 communities were randomly divided into control group and the intervention group, community interventions were car- ried out in the intervention group, the complications and hospitalization rate, the fatality rate were compared after a follow - up of 2 years. Results The hospitalization rate, conplications and fatality rate in the intervention group was obviously lower than that of control group. The cost of itervention group was obviously lower than that of the control group with ratio of benefit to investment of 1：5.89. Conclusion Integrate community intervention can improve life quality of patients with coronary heart disease, and reduce the cost of medical care.
