摘　　要：本文综述了转基因生物及其产品的生物安全性。对转基因生物与转基因产品对生物多样性、对生态环境和人体健康的影响以及对转基因生物与转基因产品的管理现状等作了比较祥尽的讨论。对转基因生物及其产品的安全监控,提出了相应的加强管理措施。This paper summarized the bio-safety of transgenic organisms and their products. It gaves a detailed discussion of the effects onhiodiversity, eco - environment and human health of transgenic organisms and their products as well as managing status of them. The related measures and strategy of control were put forward in the safe surveillance of transgenic or-ganisms and their products.
