摘 要:以甲酸为原料制取氢气,考察了镍作为甲酸制氢催化剂活性组分的可行性以及镁和镧作为助催化剂的抗析碳作用。利用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同活性组分的催化剂,通过活性测试得出最佳的催化剂组成(质量分数):氧化镍11.7%,氧化镁1.0%,氧化镧1.5%。利用正交实验得出甲酸催化制氢的适宜条件:水酸质量比为1.4,液空速36 h-1,床层温度270℃。将一氧化碳的两段变换用于甲酸制氢,达到了降低一氧化碳浓度,提高氢纯度的目的。Presented a new method for producing hydrogen using formic acid as the new material, which has not been reported, investigated the feasibility of adopting nickel as the active component of the catalyst for formic acid reaction for hydrogen production, analyzed the effect of using magnesia and lanthana as co-catalyst on the resistance to carbon formation. A series of catalyst with different nickel contents by using sol-gel method have been prepared, by comparing the hydrogen yields, the best catalyst composition is 11.7%, 1.0%, 1.5% respectively for nickel oxide, magnesia and lanthana.The effects of the ratio of the water/acid, liquid space velocity and temperature on the rate of hydrogen production were analyzed, and orthogonal test to determine the optimum conditions was also be carried out. Through the orthogonal experiment, the appropriate operating condi- tions is the ratio of the water/acid is 3.5, liquid space velocity is 36 h^-1, the temperature is 270 ℃. The two-stage shift conversion reaction is used for hydrogen production, this leads to the increasing of hydrogen content and the decreasing of carbon monoxide content in the product gas.
