摘  要:采用动态硫化技术,在Brabender塑化仅上制备了SBR/HDPE共混型热塑性弹性体,其主要性能为:拉伸强度8.0—23.0 MPa;硬度(邵尔A型,度)80—95,伸长率152%—320%;永久变形40%—110%。研究麦明,随着混炼温度的提高、硫化剂和树脂用量的增加,共混物的力学性能提高,但是伸长率和永久变形在硫化剂用量为3—5份时出现极值;合适的橡塑比为60/40—70/30(质量比);HDPE的熔融指数≤1.2g/10min时,对共混物的性能影响不大,若为7.0g/10min,则强度下降较大,但加工流动性好;SBR为分散相,HDPE为连续相,动态硫化共混物中HDPE的结晶度低于相应的未硫化共混物。The SBR/HDPE thermoplastic elastomers were prepared by dynamic curing method in Brabender Plasti-Corder.The effect of mixing temperature, the dosage of curing agent, the melt index of HDPE, the rubber/resin ratio and the type of resins on the mechanical properties of blends was studied. When the mixing temperature and the dosages of curing agent and resin increased, the mechanical properties of blends could increase, with the peak values of elongation and permanent set occur at the curing agent usage of 3 - 5 phr. The adequate rubber /resin ratio was found to be 60/40-70/30 ( mass ratio). The microstructure of the blends was investigated with transmission electron microscopy. The crystallinity of HDPE in the blends was studied by menas of differential scanning calorimetry, and it was shown that the dynamic vulcanization had more inhibition to the crystallization of HDPE in comparison with the case of non-vulcanized system.
