摘 要:本文建立了金刚石圆锯片的切削力分析模型,通过对锯片有限元模型进行有限元特征值屈曲分析、非线性屈曲分析以及考虑热载荷作用的非线性有限元屈曲分析,得到锯片在三种条件下的屈曲临界载荷。分析结果表明,当径向力为11 250 N/m,切向力为280 012 N/m时锯片发生屈曲。锯片的初始缺陷和热应力是锯片产生屈曲的主要因素。对比实验测试的数值,实际锯片屈曲变形状况与分析变形结果一致。此分析对实际工程应用及更深层次的屈曲分析具有一定的指导意义。An analysis model for the cutting forces of diamond saw blade was established. The eigenvalue buckling analysis, the nonlinear buckling analysis and the additional thermal stresses nonlinear buckling analysis methods were implemented for the saw blade by means of finite element model based on ANSYS. Through the analysis, the saw blades' critical buckling load was obtained under these three kinds of condition. The analysis result indicated that when the radial force was 11 250 N/m and the tangential force was 280 012 N/m, the saw blade bulked. The main factor of buckling was the saw blades' initial bug and thermal stress. Experiment tests proved that the saw blades' actual bulking condition of diamond saw blade was consistent with the analysis distortion result. This analysis has certain guiding sense in the deeper level' s bulking analysis and the actual project application.
