摘 要:为了分析合成金刚石中的杂质元素,以粉体Fe70Ni30合金触媒及石墨为原料,用静态高压技术合成出金刚石,分别对触媒和金刚石进行了原子发射光谱分析。测试结果表明:触媒里具有Co、Ca和Mn等22种含量值在0.0001-1.5 wt%之间的杂质元素;合成金刚石中有含量值在0.00005-0.02 wt%之间的Fe、N i和Ca等10种杂质元素。这些杂质元素对金刚石质量和性能的影响进行了定性讨论。采用粉末触媒合成金刚石,其合成晶体中含有一定量的杂质元素是很难避免的,除合理采用合成工艺外,还可以通过严格控制原材料纯度等一些措施,来降低合成晶体中杂质元素的含量,进而提高合成金刚石的质量。In order to under high pressure and Elemental impurities in analyze elemental impurities in synthetic diamond, diamond crystals were synthesized high temperature using powdery Fe70Ni30 alloy as catalyst and graphite as raw materials. synthesized diamond as well as in the catalyst were respectively measured by atomic emission spectrometry (AES) method. The results indicated that the FeTo Ni30 catalyst - alloy contained more than 22 kinds of impurities with content ranging from 0. 000 1 wt% to 1.5 wt%, such as Co, Ca and Mn. And diamond contained 10 kinds of impurities varying from 0. 00005 wt% to 0. 02 wt% like Fe, Ni and Ca. Moreover, the effect of the impurities on quality and properties of diamond was discussed as well. It is very difficult to prevent the synthetic diamond from containing a certain amount of impurity elements using powdery alloy as catalyst. In addition to select appropriate synthesizing technique, it is suggested to strictly control the purity of raw materials and other measures to reduce impurities in diamond crystals, thereby improving the quality of synthetic diamond.
