摘 要:本文通过PCD复合片与YG8硬质合金的高频感应钎焊试验,研究了钎焊温度和钎焊压力对PDC刀具钎焊接头强度及焊缝厚度的影响;并用扫描电镜观察了钎焊接头的显微结构。试验结果表明:钎焊温度越高,钎焊接头的剪切强度越大(可达240 MPa),焊缝厚度越小(达25μm);钎焊温度690℃下,剪切强度先随钎焊压力的增加逐渐增大,在压力达3.911 MPa后开始减小,钎焊压力达到5.786 MPa后剪切强度基本不变;而焊缝厚度却随钎焊压力的增加而减小,最终趋于定值20μm。In order to study the influence of brazing temperature and brazing pressure on shearing strength and joint width of brazed diamond tool, hi - frequency induction brazing experiments with PCD compact and cemented carbide YG8 were carried out. The microstructures of brazing joints were observed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based on the experimental results, it is found that the shearing strength can reach 240 MPa with the increase of brazing temperature, but the joint width diminished to 25 μm on the other hand. At brazing temperature of 690 ℃, the shearing strength mounted up first with the brazing pressure, decreased when it reached 3. 911 MPa and became steady after reaching 5. 786 MPa. However, the joint width decreases all along with the increase of brazing pressure and stayed around 20 μm at last.
