摘 要:选择12条健康幼犬,经血液学检查确认无附红细胞体感染后,随机分为对照组和肌肉接种组,将奶牛附红细胞体阴性菌血和阳性菌血分别经肌肉接种对照组和肌肉接种组各犬,逐日采血,测定其红细胞感染率,并在红细胞感染率最高的时候,测定其生理指标、血液常规指标及血液生化指标。本试验结果表明,对照组没有明显变化;而肌肉接种组犬体温、白细胞总数、总胆红素升高、脉搏、呼吸次数加快,红细胞感染率平均可达39.6%,红细胞总数和血红蛋白降低,一分钟胆红素不变。试验结果证明,伤口可以传播该病,为该病的预防和控制提供了重要的理论依据。Twelve young healthy dogs which were free from Eperythrozoonosis by blood test were divided into two groups randomly. One was control group which was inoculated by negative blood( normal dairy cow blood) ;The other was intramuscular inoculation group which was inoculated by positive blood(dairy cow blood infected by Eperythrozoon). The infection rate of erythrocyte was measured every day, and then the physiology index, blood rut and blood biochemical index were tested at the summit of erythrocyte infection rate. The results showed that in the control group , erythrocyte was not infected by Eperythrozoon and all of the index in this group was normal, while in the intramuscular inoculation group, erythrocyte was obviously infected by Eperythrozoon and the average erythrocyte infection rate was up to 39.6%. The dogs of intramuscular inoculation group had fevers and the frequency of pulse and breath increased. The number of leukocytes and serum bilirubin in blood of infected dogs increased, whereas the number of erythrocytes and serum hemoglobin reduced and serum bilirubin in one minute was constant. It was proved that Eperythrozoonosis in dairy cow could be transmitted through wound in animals, which provided the basis for prevention from Eperythrozoonosis in dairy cow .
