摘 要:目的:研究治咽茶新的制备工艺,优选最佳提取条件。方法:以醇浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标,用正交实验考察了4种因素[醇的浓度(A)、溶媒量(B)、回流时间(C)、回流次数(D)]对其提取工艺的影响。结果:治咽茶最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇回流3次,10倍量,回流1.5h。结论:制备工艺合理。Objective :To study the new extraction technology of Zhiyan Tea and choose the best condition of extraction. Methods: Examined the abstraction rate and the content of chlorogenic acid by orthogonal design. Four factors influencing this extraction efficiency were considered, which were alcohol concentration, amount of alcohol, times of reflux and how long each time lasted. Result : The optimum condition was adding 70% alcohol with 10 folds to reflux and extract for 3 times, 1.5 hours each time.
