保心合剂对慢性心力衰竭患者ET CGRP及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察保心合剂对慢性心衰患者的临床疗效及对心功能、神经内分泌方面相关指标的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组单纯使用西药,治疗组在使用西药的基础上加服保心合剂,观察治疗前后疗效、心功能改善情况,并检测血浆ET、CGRP含量。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均可改善左室舒缩功能,其中治疗组在改善EF、CO方面与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组在降低ET及使CGRP上升方面与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:保心合剂治疗慢性心衰疗效确切,其机制可能是通过调节神经内分泌发挥作用。Objective： To observe the effect of BaoXinHeJi on curative effect, cardiac function and neuroendocrine factors in patients with Chronic Heart Failure. Methods ： 60 patients of CHF were divided randomly into two groups ： the control group （only treated with western medicine） and the treatment group （treated with BXHJ as well as western medicine）. Curative effect, cardiac function and plasma level of ET and CGRP in patients were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The clinical curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment both of the two groups could improve the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricular. There was significant difference in EF and Co between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with the control group,the treatment group could decrease ET and increase CGRP level significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： BXHJ has a constant effect on the CHF patients ,the mechanism may be that it could regulate neuroendocrine factors.
