摘 要:采用稳态法关联与非稳态法进行冷却时间校核相结合的方法,在直径为0.45m的不锈钢搅拌釜中,对电热体系和内冷管体系,分别采用单层三叶后掠式桨,双层Brumoein桨和双层三叶后掠式桨的组合,对半圆管夹套的传热进行了研究,得到了在湍流域的传热关联式:Nu=0.044Re^(0.3)×Pr^(1/3)Viso^(0.14)式中,Nu、Re中的定性长度均取半圆管夹套的当量直径(=0.611d)。稳态法关联与非稳态法校核的平均偏差分别为7.5%与4.0%,可供设计工业搅拌釜时参考。Heat transfer from the half-pipe-coil jacket side toward the liquid in the agitated vessel was investigated in an agitated stainless steel tank with a diameter of 0.45m and equipped with either helical cooling/heating tubes or electric heating baffles in the tank. The agitators used were 3-bladed retreat blade impeller and Brumagin impeller. The heat transfer correlation in the turbulent flow region for the outside-film coefficients was determined by Wilson's empirical steady method and compared with results by non-steady method. The correlation was expressed as: Nu = 0.044Re0:8 Pr1/3 Vis0114 The average deviations between the rusults calculated by this equation and those by the non-steady method were 7.5% and [4.0%, respectively.
