摘　　要：目的:观察针灸配合旋覆代赭汤加减治疗中风后呃逆的治疗效果。方法:将106例患者随机分成针灸配中药治疗组54例和中药治疗对照组52例,观察治疗效果,对两组疗效进行统计学分析。结果:针灸配中药治疗组的治愈率和有效率均优于中药对照组。结论:针灸配合中药旋覆代赭汤加减治疗中风后呃逆的疗效确切。Objective： To observe actual therapeutic effects on post--stroke hiccup by acupuncture cooperated withcompound of xuanfudaizhetang. Methods： 106 cases of post- stroke hiccup were randomly divided into two groups ,a acupuncture cooperated with compound group in 54 cases and a compound group in 52 cases. Their therapeutic effects were e- valuated by statistics analysis on the cure rate and effective rate. Results ： The cure rate and effective rate of the group of acupuncture cooperated with compound were significant excelled to the comparison group. Conclusion： There are actural therapeutic effects on post - stroke hiccup by acupuncture cooperated with compound xuanfudaizhetang
