摘　　要：目的：探讨认真诊断治疗肛肠病的价值。方法：分析两例痔疮术后并发症及期处理的方法原则。结果：第一组痔疮术后并发症气性坏疽;第二组痔疮术后大出血,两例病人均死亡。结论：医疗上无“大”“小”问题之分,这两个病例的治疗和术后处理对医者有重要的参考价值。Objective：To investigate the value of serious diagnosis and treatment of anus intestines. Method：The complication of analysed two post-hemorrhoidectomy and the method principle of issue handling. Result ： the first group post-operation produced the gangrene of gas evolution;the second post-op had bleeding,two group patients all passed away in the end. Conclusion： no matter how small issue is still dangerous in medical treatment;there is significant effect in treatment and hangling post-op for medical career.
