三相泡沫防灭火新技术在陈家山煤矿的应用

摘　　要：三相泡沫防灭火技术是将气、固、液三相介质经发泡后形成的大量泡沫注入采空区或火区，覆盖在浮煤上，有效地抑制煤的氧化。三相泡沫在铜川矿务局陈家山煤矿的成功使用，有效地预防了综放工作面采空区遗煤的自然发火，实现了安全生产。进一步证实了三相泡沫具有降温、阻化、惰化、抑爆等综合防灭火性能。Three-phase foam was proposed to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal. It makes use of the all-around capability of solid, liquid and gas states to prevent mine fire. The successful use of three phase foam in Chenjiashan Mine has prevented the spontaneous combustion of coal in fully mechanized caving face, achieving safety production. It has been proved that three phase foam has such extinguishing properties as cooling, resistance, explosion suppression.
