摘　　要：戴维森以约定-T作为联结真和意义的一般形式,提出了一条外延性意义理论的行动方案;他将真、意义、信念等要素融入其经验解释的理论框架中,赋予约定-T以解释力,使其理论呈现出形式理论和经验理论的有机结合的特色;戴维森的意义理论体现了充分利用逻辑分析手段的理论特色;戴维森的意义理论已涵盖语义学、解释理论、行动理论的相关内容,它始终以真和意义的关系为主线,充分论证了约定-T表征意义理论的必要性、可行性、可靠性和普适性,提出了一系列革命性的语义论思想,表明了其全面、系统和深入的理论特色。Taking Convention-T as general form of tying truth to meaning, Davidson has put forward an action scheme for extensive theory of meaning. He has endowed Convention-T with interpretive force by blending essential factors of truth, meaning, belief, etc. into his theoretical frame of empirical interpretation and his theory has the feature of combining formal theories and empirical theories appropriately. Davidson’s theory of meaning has reflected theoretical feature of making full use of means of logic analysis and covered related content of semantics, theory of interpretation and theory of action. Regarding relation between truth and meaning as its main line , the theory has argued fully its necessary, feasibility, credibility and universality of representing for theory of meaning by Convention-T. A series of revolutionary ideology of semantics has been posed and they indicated its comprehensive, systematic, thoroughgoing features of theory.
