摘  要:液体EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)是相对低分子量的乙烯-丙烯-共轭二烯三元共聚物,针对它的研究较少。该文主要研究了采用DCP过氧化物硫化体系硫化的液体EPDM的固化和力学性能。液体EPDM在引发剂DCP和助交联剂TAIC的作用下,凝胶含量随DCP增加无明显变化,而随TAIC增加而增大。力学性能有相似变化,不随DCP增加而改变,但随TAIC增加而增大。结果表明,交联产物的凝胶含量所表现出的其交联程度的状况导致相同的力学性能变化。实验表明,当DCP为4%、TAIC为12%时,液体EPDM的交联产物有较好的力学性能。Liquid EPDM is the ethylene-propylene-diene polymer with relatively low molecular weight. The curing behavior of liquid EPDM was seldom reported. Therefore, the crosslinking density of liquid EPDM vulcanized by DCP, and their curing behavior and mechanical properties were studied in this paper. With the increase of DCP, the crosslink structures of EDPM changed a little, so the break tensile and elongation at break were almost constant, just fluctuated a little. However, with the increase of TAIC, the crosslinking density was increased. The higher degree crosslinking in some segment caused by TAlC contributed to the increase of tensile strength, and the more gel content contributed to the longer elongation at break. So crosslinking with better mechanical properties can be prepared when the 12% TAlC and 4% DCP were added by study.
