摘 要:对氯化镁和4种有机酸的复配催化剂体系进行了系统研究,实验结果表明:羟基多元羧酸和氯化镁复配催化剂可以明显改善整理织物的防皱性能,乙醇酸(GA)和氯化镁的复配效果最明显,m(MgCl2.6H2O)∶m(GA)=19∶1最合适,整理织物的回复角为286.7°,经纬向断裂强力保留率分别为66.6%和65.1%;1.9%MgCl2.6H2O+0.1%GA复配催化时,焙烘温度降低为140℃仍可取得较好的效果,回复角为262.7°,经纬向断裂强力保留率分别高达69.3%和72.8%;焙烘时间减少为60 s时,回复角为264.8°,经纬向断裂强力保留率分别高达71.5%和70.9%.The composed catalyst systems from MgCl2 and 4 organic acids were studied, and the results showed that the catalysts from MgCl2 and hydroxypolycarboxylic acids could improve obviously the anti-creasing property of the fabrics, and that the formulation from glycolic acid (GA) and MgCl2 gave the most marked effect. The system MgCl2.6H20:GA=19:1 was the most suitable, which resulted in wrinkle-recovery angle of 286.7°, and warp and weft tensile strength retention 66.6% and 65.1%, respectively. Good results (wrinkle-recovery angle of 262.7°, warp and weft tensile strength retention 69.3% and 72.8%,respectively) were obtained from for- mulation of 1.9% MgCl2·6H2O+0.1% GA and baking at decreased temperature of 140 ℃. When baked for shortened time of 60 s, wrinkle-recovery angle of 264.8° and warp and weft tensile strength retention of 71.5% and 70.9% were obtained.
